The Challenge

In the UK and worldwide, venous thromboembolism (VTE) or blood clots are a leading cause of death and disability, and 1 in 4 people die from causes related to blood clots. With newly diagnosed VTE patients in need of guidance and reassurance around living life with venous thrombosis, particularly deep vein thrombosis (DVT), there is an urgent need for a definitive resource they can look to for support.

Having developed and produced several healthcare-focused campaigns that bring a human story to medical journeys from across the world, Marmalade were perfectly equipped to deliver a dynamic, engaging and reassuring resource for all those diagnosed with VTE.

We produced a suite of 6 films to inform the audience around all elements of VTE diagnosis. The films are informative, accurate, easy to understand and represent a broad spectrum of newly diagnosed patients.
