Willow Foundation - Days

The Challenge

We were asked to create a campaign film for the Willow Foundation - a charity helping seriously ill 16-40 year olds by giving them special days. The film was to raise awareness of the impact of the Willow Foundation to potential donors. The film was funded by The Coca-Cola Company.

The Response

We created a campaign film featuring BAFTA award-winning Sir John Hurt and we decided to go with a creative treatment that would evoke positive emotion conveyed through real life stories.

We managed to secure permission from Ray Davies of The Kinks to rewrite some of the lyrics to the band’s famous track ‘Days’, which was re-recorded and featured as the soundtrack to highlight the special days that Willow provide people.

The film has been used both online and at events to help raise awareness and generate more funding.
