Creating a sense of belonging and inclusion through veterans stories

The Challenge

Veterans have a wealth of transferable skills and expertise, however often experience isolation and crave a sense of community and belonging when they leave the military. EY has created an impactful Veterans Network to support those transitioning from the military into the corporate working world. We were tasked with creating a purpose-led, people focused campaign to champion the skills veterans bring and also share their very unique perspective and life experiences.

The Response

Marmalade produced 14 pieces of content for a campaign to highlight the importance of having a diverse perspective in the workplace, showing how EY supports Veterans to transition into a civilian workplace through their Veterans Network.
